At FIRCLA, we are dedicated to ensuring your fragrance arrives promptly and securely. Please review our shipping rates and timelines below:

Shipping Charges

• West Malaysia: Flat rate of RM15.00
• East Malaysia: Flat rate of RM30.00
• Worldwide Shipping: Flat rate of $35 USD (excluding customs tax, which will be the customer’s responsibility)

These shipping rates apply unless a promotional offer, minimum purchase requirement, or other special conditions reduce or waive the fee. Any current promotions will be reflected at checkout.

Shipping Lead Time

• Orders are generally shipped out within 1 to 3 working days.
• For large campaigns (such as 11.11), please allow 1 to 5 working days for dispatch due to high order volume.
